Refund policy

We have a 15-day return policy. You have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, contact us at maisonmoten@gmail.com or on WhatsApp at 0320 8210751. Approved returns must be sent to: A-279, Block 19, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we will provide return instructions.

Refunds

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing times may vary. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact maisonmoten@gmail.com.
